• Account information — name, email address, business name, and phone number when you sign up.
• Recipient data you upload — the phone numbers, email addresses, and Telegram handles of the contacts you broadcast to. This belongs to you; we process it on your behalf to deliver your messages.
• Payment information — Mobile Money transaction references for wallet top-ups. We do not store your Mobile Money PIN.
• Usage data — delivery status, message volume, and basic analytics about how you use the dashboard.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver the SMS, email, and Telegram broadcasts you send through SoarSend.
• To process wallet top-ups and calculate message costs.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To monitor for abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• To improve the reliability and performance of the platform.

4. How information is shared

We share information only where it's necessary to run the service:

• With mobile network operators and email/Telegram infrastructure providers, to actually deliver your messages.
• With Mobile Money payment processors, to complete wallet top-ups.
• When required by law, such as in response to a valid court order or regulatory request.

We do not sell your data or your recipients' data to advertisers or third parties.

5. Data retention

We keep account and message-delivery data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs. You can request deletion of your account data at any time — see Section 7.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

8. Cookies
