1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using SoarSend's website, dashboard, or API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using SoarSend on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. The service
SoarSend lets you send SMS, email, and Telegram broadcasts to contacts you provide, through our dashboard or API. Delivery depends on third-party networks (mobile carriers, email providers, Telegram) that are outside our direct control, so we can't guarantee delivery time or success for every message.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure.
- You must provide accurate information when signing up.
- You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including messages sent using your API key.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SoarSend to send:
- Unsolicited bulk messages to recipients who haven't consented to receive them.
- Content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or deceptive.
- Phishing attempts, malware links, or messages impersonating another person or business.
- Content that violates the policies of the underlying networks (mobile carriers, email providers, or Telegram).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, to protect the platform and other users.
5. Payment and pricing
- SoarSend uses prepaid wallet billing — you top up your balance via Mobile Money, and message costs are deducted as you send.
- Current pricing is GHS 0.10 per message through the dashboard and GHS 0.08 per message through the API, shown on our Pricing page. Prices may change with notice.
- Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep SoarSend available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and third-party network outages beyond our control may affect delivery.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoarSend is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses from delayed or failed message delivery by third-party networks.
8. Termination
You may stop using SoarSend at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or activity that puts the platform or other users at risk.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as SoarSend grows. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
